歷經起皮、滷汁、醃肉、扎、釀,從早忙到天黑,害我差點犯頸椎病,聽說哪怕是熟練的老師傅,一天也做不了多少。
一口九層口感,融合了豬皮的彈、豬頸肉的嫩、肥肉的香,這隻豬蹄的含金量誰懂?

The Chinese New Year is coming, I decided to make a dish that normal people can't do at home - brew pork trotters.
After frying, brine, salting, tying, brewing, I've been doing this for a day, and it almost caused me cervical spondylosis. I heard that even a skilled master can not do it for a whole day.
A nine-layer taste, the fusion of the elastic pig skin, tender pork neck, delicious fat, the good flavor of this dish is beyond words!
