We run the last bit of the Hangers Way 50k event up Butser Hill to the finish line while reflecting back on the day.

Heat training as well 🥵☀️ - damn what a hot day it is. 26 Celsius I think. Hot enough for us brits to start complaining 🤣🤣.

Legs feel a little heavy and sluggish but it’s my big toenail that’s giving me problems - no idea what happened to it but it feels like it’s about to fall off 🤣🥴.
