Pulled Chicken or Shredded chicken is such a versatile dish that can go with breads, can be stuffed in sandwiches or just rolled into a frankie in a roti.

We cook a kilogram of shredded chicken indian style and store it in the refrigerator to use as required. This is a kerala styled twist on the conventional pulled chicken recipe.

We essentially poach the chicken and manually shred it before adding an array of spices, some coconut oil and tons of curry leaves for that amazing flavor and aroma.

This is one of our favorite dry chicken recipes.
