🌱 Arduino Soil Moisture Percentage Measurement System Using I2C LCD

In this video, I have built a Soil Moisture Percentage Measurement System using Arduino UNO and a 16×2 I2C LCD Display. This project helps in monitoring the moisture level of soil in real time and displays the exact water percentage on the LCD screen. It is highly useful for smart irrigation systems, gardening, agriculture automation, and plant monitoring.

The soil moisture sensor gives analog values based on water content, which are calibrated and converted into accurate percentage values (0%–100%). This ensures precise soil condition monitoring and avoids overwatering or underwatering of plants.

⚡ Working Principle
The soil moisture sensor outputs an analog voltage depending on the water content in the soil. The Arduino reads this value and converts it into a percentage using calibration values for dry and wet soil. The final moisture percentage is displayed on the I2C LCD as well as on the Serial Monitor.
