These relaxing pilates stretches are perfect for tiredness, period cramps or even stress and anxiety, as they are gentle and comforting whilst still getting us moving enough to feel lighter and more at ease in the body and mind. We stretch from top to toe with moments of stillness for calm breathing, which is always well needed for most of us.

No equipment is needed but do get comfortable with blankets and pillows you wish.
