Welcome to Roasted Curry India by Kunal Bhatia रंगों के त्योहार होली पर बनाइए कुछ नया और मजेदार – Strips Samosa! 🎉 यह अनोखा समोसा खस्ता स्ट्रिप्स से लपेटा जाता है और अंदर भरपूर मसालेदार आलू की फिलिंग होती है। इसे अपनी होली पार्टी में बनाएं और मेहमानों को चटपटे स्वाद का सरप्राइज़ दें! 😍🌿

🔸 Ingredients:

For Dough:

2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 tbsp Oil or Ghee
½ tsp Salt
Water (as needed)

For Filling:

3-4 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Green Peas
2 tbsp Paneer (Optional)
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
For Assembling & Frying:

1 tbsp Flour + Water (for sealing)
Oil for deep frying

🔸 Steps to Make:
1️⃣ Prepare the dough and let it rest.
2️⃣ Cook the spicy potato filling.
3️⃣ Roll out the dough, cut into strips, and wrap around the filling in a spiral/strips shape.
4️⃣ Seal properly and deep fry until golden brown & crispy.
5️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or ketchup!
