HYBRIS (AMIGA - FULL GAME)

Zeus presents Hybris (un-emulated) for the Amiga A500. A true classic from the golden era of amiga gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.

Oh my goodness, what can i say about this game except that it was the reason i sold my Atari ST and bought the Amiga.
Yes, after upgrading from my Speccy to an ST, just one year later i flogged it to someone at school, coughed up the extra £100 on top, headed to the main store in London and bought my beloved Amiga which i still own to this day and it was all because of Hybris.
A friend of mine showed me three games on his Amiga while i still had my ST which were Giganoid, Super Hang-On (blew the music of the st's version away) and finally Hybris and it was at that moment i drooled like a dog over it's favourite bone, jesus what a game this is, wonderfull game play, stunning graphics, music and sound fx for a 1988 Amiga game, great weapons, each one having an expansion technicly giving you 10 extra different ones and not 5, plus the zapper, just simply a georgeous game!!!
I usually can beat the game without continuing but being away from the game for around 15 years it's understandable i was not at my best and died right on the last boss thus having to use a continue,...oh well, still good going after all this time i have'nt played it.

Sadly the great in-game music cuts out during firing so as a bonus i have included the in-game music without sound fx (time: 41:33) and high score music (time: 52:26) at the end of this upload.
