Bailey's Run is a new home community brought to you by Dream Finders Homes. It's located off of highway 274 in Rock Hill SC. All things considered it's a pretty good location. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, good schools, and Lake Wylie access is really close.

Dream Finders Homes is a national builder and has developed a solid reputation. Dream Finders Homes will have eight floorplans at Bailey's Run. Ranch and two story plans, 1604sf to 3225sf, three to seven bedrooms, and if you want your master bedroom on the first floor you are in luck. Plenty for all in this neighborhood and definitely worth a look.

This video is of the Trillium model. 2677 square feet- four to five bedrooms- two to two and a half baths. (most floorplans have a degree of flexibility on how they are configured if you build)
