This is a short practice to help you stretch out the overactive muscles in the neck and get some relief from that chronic feeling of tightness. We do specific stretches for the Trapezius muscles, Scalenes, as well as some back muscles like the lats. This session concludes with Neck Traction, where we use a yoga belt to create a hammock for the neck.

While this practice is gentle and suitable for most people, please avoid it if you have any existing issues with the neck or if you feel dizzy while doing it.
