This is just my own theory (as a shipper) as to why I think Heesica is a perfect match made in heaven. Everyone who knows Heechul well also knows he is a direct, blunt character, who speaks his mind and doesn't care about what other people think of him. He can be really crazy and hyper and sometimes too much to handle. Not many people can control him and his antics. Even his Super Junior brothers can't handle him sometimes, but many times Jessica can. Heechul himself admits that his ideal woman is someone who can control him.
