Vape is the new addiction, and such a bad and sticky habit.
I used to vape extensively now I dont,those 4 tips helped me remove this bad habit:
1-run, cardiovascular workouts makes you feel good, and vaping afterwards makes you feel really bad.
2-I threw them away, cause if i dont see them my mind will not keep triggering the thought of vaping.
3-first day you want to stop make it a day thats out of ur routine,(busy day,traveling, or hiking)so your mind is always experiencing new things he forgets the vapes.
4-take a decision tomorrow to stop, and till tomorrow vape until u get sick of it,like over do it, so the next time u think about it ur gonna feel nauseous.
Listen its not an easy challenge, but it definitely is worth it,when I wake up now feeling good, and run feeling my lungs its better than any taste of vape🙏.
The road to the good life is not an easy road but it is worth it.
