Dutch art detective Arthur Brand returned a Vincent van Gogh painting, "The Parsonage Garden at Nuenen in Spring," to a museum Tuesday, more than three years after it was stolen.

The painting was delivered to the art detective's home Monday in a battered Ikea bag and was quickly authenticated by the Groninger Museum, which owns the painting.
