How to make fresh vegetable juice

Making your own fresh vegetable juice is one of the best drinks you drink this summer. I have an old vegetable juicer, it's about 10years old and still working. I use it once a week. I make carrot juice, celery juice mix together and I add some ginger and half of lemon for preservatives.
In the summer when I plant my garden, I also add cucumber from my garden to the drink. It's healthy and tasty. I like to keep myself as healthy as I can.
So go-juice some vegetables together and enjoy.

How to make tomato juice
Since I plant tomatoes in my garden and I have lots of them, don’t know what to do with them, I juice them.
How I juice the tomatoes. To juice tomatoes, you have to use a blender.
Put your tomatoes in the blender then add 2cups of water then turn the blender on for few seconds then you are all done. After that, you strain the juice in a strainer to remove the peels and seeds. Then enjoy a glass of fresh tomatoes juice.
