Greetings! Here I am sharing a great winter salad to go along with quick ham and cheese sandwiches for a great supper!

This salad has a story to go along with it. Listen while I prepare this really easy salad and share the story behind it.

I am also going to show you how to supreme an orange for the salad. I would have enjoyed a bit more orange in here, but use what you have and it will be great.
