Justin has been active in real estate since 2009. In 2012 he founded SG Realty, LLC. Since then he has raised more than $12,800,000 of 3rd party investor funds and successfully invested 100% of funds into cash flow producing properties. As an example of his acquisitions, in 2016 he closed on a $1,200,000 self-storage facility and on a multifamily asset purchase of $6,000,000 as well as a $1,200,000 operating business. In 2018 he successfully closed and completed the acquisition of a $1,235,000 self-storage facility and acquired 2 multifamily properties in transactions totaling more than $4,200,000.

In 2019 he sold off the storage unit holdings that he acquired with just $65,000 equity and returned over $1,000,000 in monthly cash flow distributions and sales proceeds to investors in just 30 months of operating. In 2019 he successfully led the acquisitions of a 96-unit, 42-unit, and 199-unit multifamily communities with a combined value of more than $27,000,000. Since 2012, he has sold off 6 properties (3 portfolios). Those portfolios saw I.R.R. of 22.62%; 52.7% and 549.3% at the deal level.

He is the President & CEO of Spaulding Group – the management company, which began in 2016 and provides real estate management services to all the above-mentioned real estate holdings. Spaulding Group has 19 employees including property managers, maintenance techs, and controller with a bookkeeping team. The team currently manages 482 apartments; and 3 (single-tenant) office buildings. The entire portfolio currently consists of cash flow producing real estate valued in excess of $50,000,000.
