INGREDIENTS
Mixture:
2 Medium (~250 gm) Plantain/Raw Banana
1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Pinch Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 Tsp Sorghum/Jowar Flour
Salt

Coating/Breading:
1 Tbsp Sorghum/Jowar Flour
Panko/Breadcrumbs
Salt

Oil for Shallow Frying

METHOD
Boil the raw banana till cooked.
⁠Remove the peel and mash them.
⁠Add the spices and 1 tsp sorghum/jowar atta.
⁠Mix well and shape the cutlets.
⁠Add some salt and water to the sorghum/jowar atta and make slurry.
⁠Dip each cutlet first into the slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.
⁠Shallow fry on both the sides at medium-high flame till golden and crispy.
⁠Place on paper towel to get rid of the excess oil and enjoy!
