📍 Trip Highlights

Arrived in Cochin by train 🚆

Picked up our BMW bike rental (includes gloves, helmet & accessories)

2.5 hrs ride to our riverside stay 🌊

Explored Thumboormuzhi Hanging Bridge (just 5 km away)

Enjoyed tea & snacks with scenic river views

You can take a refreshing bath in the river (we couldn’t due to excess waterflow, so we enjoyed the view from the swimming pool instead)

Savored a delicious dinner

Morning ride through the dense forest to Valparai

Passed Valachal Checkpost (2-wheelers not allowed after 4 PM, 4-wheelers after 6 PM)

Visited Sholayar Dam, Charpa Waterfalls, and Valachal Waterfalls

Witnessed the majestic Athirapally Falls 💦 — the highlight of our budget trip to Athirapally

Returned to Cochin to return the bike
