Asthma and road trips | What to pack if you have a lung condition When it comes to asthma and road trips, packing can cause extra stress. Packing for road trips is overwhelming for healthy people. I've been there. I am an asthma patient and (with other health conditions) and understand the stress of traveling with a chronic health condition. @Pearlsintheriver asks how to create a travel pack for asthma. To help, I'm sharing what I pack for road trips and my asthma action plan. I do strongly suggest working with your healthcare team to create an action plan before hitting the road. Knowing what to do if you have an asthma attack on vacation reduces your stress and can help you have a better time on vacation.
