This two pack of solar panels are designed for Ring cameras (they have the small 3.5mm barrel connector by default at the end of the cable, but also include an adapter that will work with the USB-C port powered cameras). Each panel has a 1/4-20 mounting point, and a small wall mount with adjustable head that allows you to screw mount them to a wall or post.

They are rated at 3 watts, and I verified that they can produce 2.5 watts under the sun (which is about what I would expect from a "3 watt" rated panel). Both the round barrel connectors and the USB-C connectors have o-rings that seal the opening into the camera, and the panels themselves look to be watertight.
