“I left Glasgow quite hopeful because I had a sense that, compared to Paris in 2015 or Copenhagen in 2009, there was a seriousness about pledges, commitments and what leaders brought to the table. Now, the commitments on cutting emissions, that is a national decision that we have to take according to Paris, and all countries need to sharpen those targets.”
