There has been a lot of confusion about Xur not spawning and I didn't find out that his spawn location was at a different location until a friend of mine lead me to Xur. So I decided to make a quick video of Xur new spawn location and help others who haven't quite yet figured it out so if you didn't already know share this with your friends or anyone who might not know yet.Spread the word.

Different location for the spawn of Xur Agent of the Nine.
Xur, Agent of the Nine, will be spawning Friday at 9:00 AM (PST/Pacific Standard Time) and will remain at the Tower until Sunday at 9:00 AM (PST). Xur will be spawning every Friday, and despawning every Sunday at 9:00 AM (PST)
Xur usually spawns next to the Crucible Vangaurd NPCs but today he actually spawned across the speaker (September 19)
