About Speaker:
Paulo Chambel Leitão. Researcher at Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon/Portugal) from 1994 to 2003. Start to work in Hidromod in 2003 and presently is responsible for supervising the numerical modelling work and development and is one of the company managers.
