Our bodies and mind will try to stop us from moving forward.

We can feel an array of symptoms that make us feel overwhelmed, tired, sick or anxious.

This can make it easier to justify why you should give up.

In my journey, when I feel the heightened resistance, I know I am on the precipice of a major breakthrough.

Be open to seeing where you may be sabotaging and reverting back to old habits.

Choose to move through the discomfort. Stay committed and you will see that it was all worth it!
