The Traveler meets Ganyu at the Adventurer’s Guild in Liyue Harbor and gets intel about Treasure Hoarders gathering around ruins associated with the Abyss Order. They decide to visit the mentioned ruin and encounter for the first time an Abyss Herald. A fight between them ensues and upon the Traveler’s victory, they quickly leave the collapsing ruins. Outside they meet Dainsleif, who is still actively tracking the Abyss Order’s activities. Together they look for further traces about the inverted Archon Statue, the Abyss Herald’s whereabouts and the first “Field Tillers” core in order to stop the Abyss’s plan to create a monstrous being that should be used to topple Celestia’s divine seats.

“We Will Be Reunited” Story Quest added late Patch 1.4, which is technically an Archon Quest (Chapter I Act IV) AND a Character Story Quest (Dainsleif/Twins as seen at the constellation icon in the journal list). The quest is available after completing WQ Bough Keeper: Dainsleif, Razor’s Story Quest “The Meaning of Lupical” and having reached at least AR36.
