Building a Cheap Custom Windshield for My EZ-GO Golf Cart

Описание к видео Building a Cheap Custom Windshield for My EZ-GO Golf Cart

My EZ-Go Marathon golf cart needs a replacement windshield. I built a custom windshield on the cheap using PVC pipe and Plexiglass. This is what I refer to as a "sport" windshield as it's only about 14 inches high, but nonetheless helps quite a bit with the wind chill when driving around in cold weather. The construction consists of the frame with 3/4" PCV pipe and elbows with the straight pipe doubled by sliding a piece of 1" PCV over that, thus making the diameter of the frame tubes consistent so it doesn't look like a plumbing project. This is an EZ-GO Marathon (1994 model I think). The same build could be done with a Yamaha, Club Car, or other models of golf carts if the fenders don't have too much curvature.
