The Workplace Skills Development Academy New Zealand (WSDA New Zealand) has curated the programme specifically tailored for the graduates and young professionals. This initiative is crafted to empower young individuals and budding professionals with invaluable exposure and hands-on experience, positioning them to emerge as global youth leaders.

Successful applicants will embark on a transformative journey, committing themselves to traverse various countries starting from New Zealand or Malaysia to delve into diverse subjects and spearhead innovative projects upon their return to their communities. These projects, conducted in collaboration with either IYS or an approved partner organisation, must yield tangible impacts by empowering a minimum of 500 youths or more in skill development.

Throughout this immersive experience, participants will have the opportunity to explore their passions and align them with meaningful local or international career paths that contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Concurrently, they will leverage their newfound knowledge and skills by organising and participating in seminars at academic institutions, thereby fostering the transfer of expertise to local youth. Emphasis is placed on nurturing the career growth of successful candidates, positioning them as exemplars for others to emulate."
