A fantastic announcement and a first for any Shuttleworth air show was the addition of two French-owned warbirds: Spitfire FR.XIV, RM927 - owned by W Air Collection and F4U Corsair owned by Les Casques de Cuir.

The two aircraft are rarely seen at UK shows, but have also both recently featured at the first ever Sywell Air Show last weekend. With huge credit to the Shuttleworth Collection, they managed to convince the pilots to spend one more week in the UK to display at their Festival of Flight weekend!
