Описание к видео BOSS GX 1B The Shortest Distance to Fun Multi Effects NAMM 2026

We’re at NAMM 2026 with our friends at BOSS, and they’re showing off the new GX-1B—a compact, entry-price multi-effects pedal that still has plenty of muscle for real gigging.

Aaron’s take is basically: this is classic BOSS—take the high-tech stuff and make it way more reachable. In the U.S., it’s set to land at $229.99, and under the hood you’re getting a ton of options: amp types, a huge library of effects (BOSS says 135 effects), and yes—IR loading if you want to go down that rabbit hole.

What really stands out is how easy it is to use. The GX-1B has these hex buttons that let you turn effect sections on/off fast. And if you want to tweak? Hold the button and you’re instantly in the parameters. Then it’s just scroll with the arrows and use the three knobs to dial things in. Simple. No menu-diving pain.

There’s also a slick workflow feature BOSS calls Gear Suite. If you’ve got a phaser (or an amp block) set exactly how you like it, you can save it like a little “mini preset,” then drop that same setup into other presets without rebuilding it every time.

And for the basics: the tuner is right there—hit the knobs to jump in, or just roll the volume down and it can take you to tuner mode.
Keep an eye out—Lily Mitchell has a full review coming soon. Check Bass Gear Magazine and our YouTube channel for the deep dive.
