This car has been in the family since I was a very young man. The car had an off-frame restoration in 2006 frame-off, so, the car has been pretty much original until several days ago (Dec 2021). I traveled 70 one way to a show in the car, however, at night on the way back to the house the generator quit working. Thus, driving 40 of the 70 miles without headlights to be able to make it back to the house, (done it before with night vision goggles, many years ago while in service, training). Consequently, to avoid future mishaps, upgrades are needed to be done.
