My thoughts on the Zara Infusion Perfume Collection – Chapter No. 9

Zara Pistachio Fusion is for the gourmand lovers. At the first spray, I get cold apple pie with cinnamon. After about ten minutes, I get a little of the nuttiness. But unfortunately, I don’t detect pistachio. Zara Pistachio Infusion in three words – apple pie powder. Pistachio Infusion lasts about five hours on me with moderate projection. I give this a six out of ten.

Zara Ruby Infusion in three words: floral sugar marshmallow. This is a cotton candy gourmand lover’s dream. At first spray, you get a sharp orange cotton candy. You get some more sugar, then boom! There comes the marshmallow. I don’t think this perfume is appropriate for the warmer months. It’s too sticky sweet. Zara Ruby Infusion lasted about nine hours on me with medium to strong projection. I rate this a seven out of ten.

Zara Juicy Infusion in three words: shampoo apple floral. At the first spray, I get hit with apple and pear. The jasmine note comes almost immediately, but is sweetened by black currant to prevent it from getting too sharp. Zara Juicy Infusion has a very shampoo vibe, which I like. Unfortunately, this only lasted about three hours on me. I consider this crowd pleasing, work friendly, and blind buy safe. I rate this a four out of 10.


Zara Secret Infusion is another fruity floral. It opens with a pear, but since it lacks apple, it’s more subdued and not as fruit forward as Juicy Infusion. Secret Infusion, to me has a sort of tropical quality. In three words, Zara Secret Infusion to me is tropical pear air. Unfortunately, the performance is bad. Secret Infusion lasted one and a half, maybe two hours on me. I might as well be wearing nothing at all. I rate this a four out of ten.
