When to Use Buy it Now vs. Auctions on eBay

Every time I fire up eBay to check comps I see sellers making the same mistake over and over again, and they're losing a ton of money. How can it be that in 2023 so many sellers are still using auctions? In this video I talk about why you should almost never use auctions and instead you should almost always use fixed price listings called Buy it Now. I also discuss when it DOES make sense to use an auction, because sometimes that is the best choice.
