Planning Video Bandwidth for AV over IP | AVIXA Explains

Описание к видео Planning Video Bandwidth for AV over IP | AVIXA Explains

Everyone knows that video consumes enormous amounts of bandwidth on an AV over IP network. It can be hard to visualize just how much data is required for formats like 4K and 8K – so we're using Skittles to help illustrate.

Total Video Bandwidth Equation
HP×VP×FR×BD×3×CDF×1.25
Where:
HP = Horizontal Pixels
VP = Vertical Pixels
FR = Frame Rate
BD = Bit Depth
3 = Number of Graphic Channels
CDF = Chroma Decimation Factor
1.25 = Overhead Required for DVI or HDMI transport
