HOW TO MAKE CROQUETTES | BEEF CROQUETTES | GOAN TRADITIONAL SNACK.

This simple easy recipe can be made using simple steps. You can use any meat such as beef , chicken , pork or lamb mince. It does not take long time to prepare and you can make about more then 40 Croquettes using 1 kg of meat

. Mince 1kg
.4 onions finely chopped
.2 medium potatoes
.2 tomatoes
. 5 green chillies
.3 inch cinnemon stick
.7-10 cloves
. Chilly powder
. Salt as per taste
. Fresh coriander
. Ginger garlic paste
. Goan // white Vinager
. Breadcrumbs
. Samolina
. Oil to fry
. Sausages// chorizo
