In this clip, Prof. Raimund Brotsack, Landshut University of Applied Sciences - Technology Center for Energy (TCE), and Marcelo Andrade, MicroPyros BioEnerTec GmbH, are presenting their jointly developed project Green Gas. The innovation in sustainable energy is one of the winning projects in the EnergInno Brazil campaign conducted by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft as part of the BMBF's "Research in Germany" initiative.
The Research-SME-Tandem works on R&D, optimization, and application of biotechnologies to produce green gas (hydrogen and/or renewable natural gas (RNG/CH4)). Starting with activities in the laboratory, scaling up to pilot and demonstration plants, the whole value chain can be supported. Therefore, internal partners are sought to support research and development as well as industrial applications.
This video is part of the EnergInno Brazil's Matchmaking Tour in Sao Paulo. The tour and other campaign activities aim to strengthen networking and collaboration between Brazilian and German researchers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovators in the green energy sector.
