We have always loved the three milk cake also known as Tres Leches Cake. It is a sponge cake—in some recipes, a butter cake—soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. When butter is not used, tres leches is a very light cake, with many air bubbles.
Lets make this with a twist of mango flavour. Your kids will love this!

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar (Powdered) 1 Cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Eggs 4 Whole

Separate Egg yolks and whites and agg 3/4 cup sugar in egg yolks and beat them. Then add remaining sugar in egg whites and beat

Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Whole Milk 1/2 cup

Mix above ingredients and Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 min at 180 C

Mango Syrup
Milk 1 Cup
Cream 1 Cup
Condense Milk 1/2 Cup
Mango Puree 1/2 Cup

Mango Frosting
Whipping Cream (Chilled) 200 gm
Mango Puree 3 Tablespoon
Sugar (Powdered) 1/4 Cup
