Chicory "Coffee"

This coffee substitute - chicory "coffee" - is tasty, nutritious, and easy to make.

By the cup:
1 1/4 teaspoon roasted chicory root
3/4 teaspoon roasted dandelion root
1/2 teaspoon carob powder
10 oz water

Make a larger batch of chicory "Coffee" powder
3/4 cup roasted chicory root
1/2 cup roasted dandelion root
1/3 cup carob powder
