Drone footage of a UFO what looks like a flying jellyfish. Look close up. Was moving like its alive

Atmospheric Jellyfish UFO spotted Machir Bay Islay Scotland 2018 drone footage. Spotted again Cherhill Wiltshire England while hiking the Wesssex ridgeway to Avebury summer solstice 2022. The Avebury one was more orb like and vanished very quickly. So quickly by time I tried to get my camera out it had vanished.

But this thing come up close then went away and come back which why i manged to get the drone up to see what it was. It was flying all over the place like it was alive. If you notice in a bit of the video it has what looks like tentacles just after 0:35 and 2:04 in slow motion almost looks like using them for navigation to me. Was it just Balloon strings? Why would a balloon have many strings? Why would a jellyfish fly?
