HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!

*FYI tasty is not the originators of this recipe. This recipe has been used and posted online for years...google it! For the uneducated cooks out there 85% of this recipe IS THE BASIC COOKIE recipe lol this is a classic recipe for a lot of cookies recipes! It’s the blueprint! Even the espresso has been used in the recipe years ago online. So stop saying give credit...tasty doesn’t deserve the credit it’s not their recipe. Period btw tasty recipe was too salty this ain’t even the same measurements so the end!

The tea:
1 cup bread flour
3/4 cup AP flour
1 tsp kosher salt but I WOULD PREFER REGULAR SALT (be really careful too much salt will ruin your cookies)
1 TEASPOON baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, preferably browned but soften is fine.
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoon vanilla
1 tsp espresso powder
1 egg
1 egg yolk
semi sweet chocolate
dark chocolate chunks

recommend scooping and sit in freezer for the best cookie SHAPE and taste!

bake 350
12-14 minutes
