Making your own fermented corn dough can be fun! It takes a minimum of 6days to get your fermented corn dough nicely done. Fermented corn dough can be used for making Kenkey, corn dough porridge and banku; all traditional Ghanaian local dishes

Procedure
Soak corn for 3 days
Grind it and let it cool
Add water gradually to make dough
Leave it to ferment for at least 3day
bag in plastic bags and freeze
