THK has successfully developed a new linear/curved guide that enables continuous drive performance for the first time worldwide with one type of LM block that combines the technologies of the HSR shape for linear LM guide and the HCR shape for the curved R guide.

The guide enables users to freely combine both linear and curved lines, and with this combination, large table mounting and the transport of heavy loads are possible. This combination also enables designs with a high degree of freedom.

As a result, the new guide improves operation efficiency and simplifies the manufacturing process by reducing the number of lifts and turn tables. This leads to drastic cost reductions and also creates a number of other merits in the work process such as a reduction in transportation time.
