Destiny 2: Salvation's Edge Red Border Chest and Raid Mods Guide

In order to get the raid mods to drop at the end of the raid there needs to be at least one person in the fireteam that has completed all raid encounter triumphs.
The shapes that show up in the column at the start of the raid are random every run.
The red border chest and the raid mods can only be done once a week.
