Ben: Hey Charlie, have you seen the recent report on the pay gap in our company?
Charlie: Yeah, I saw it. It's disappointing to see that there's still a significant difference between men and women's salaries.
Ben: I know, right? And it's not just about gender. Even people in the same positions get paid differently.
Charlie: Exactly. I feel like there should be more transparency around salaries and how they're determined.
Ben: Agreed. It's frustrating to think that we might not be paid what we're worth because of some arbitrary factors.
Charlie: Definitely. I hope our company takes this seriously and takes steps to address the issue.
