For those of you that are squeamish with the quail, I do apologize in advance. I really need to make these to the best of my abilities and as close to the original recipe as possible. I'm striving for perfection, but not to the point of stressing out our effe3cting the video. I asked Mrs. LPS what she thought and we figured if it is part of the process, then I should show it. When she comes home with fresh chicken from the farm, she tasks me to prep it for her so she can roast it or turn it into a chicken dish. I do most of the cooking for the family anyway :) I enjoy it and using quail challenges me to try new things, while doing it at a much smaller scale then most chefs would cook in. That in itself adds a level of skill that takes time to learn and adjust my normal cooking style to do. I wish the potato's were softer. I have to remember that pink Easy Bake oven cooks faster then other Easy Bake ovens.
