Turns out Chef Shady has been making side deals to win the favor of certain people. He ordered tequila for the boys, bleach for Amanda, and almond milk for Nikki. "He's trying to become the King of Utopia, and using 'safe money' to do it," Red explained.

But guys! If there aren't checks and balances in place, then isn't it all "safe money" -- i.e. anyone can take it? Please figure out what to do about the money!
