Here is an impro we got to live. We moved to a song called " Reminescence". We danced in a beautiful old historical building where music was been played in the background. When we started dancing it was "Smile", a wonderful song by Nat King Cole, that was been played (Love this song! so smooth and powerfull !). That song was present and "loud", but we did not want to play our music louder because we did not want to bother other people there in the lobby nor to be disturbing the habits/culture/rules of the venue. We did not want to fight with the environement! We chose instead to adapt ! We chose where to put our focus on, and what we wanted to move to in that moment! When watching again this video, I smiled when i noticed that the other song ended before the one we were moving to. It happened just a few seconds before ours ended, but it was enough to allow also silence and additional space for us to get to hear the song "Reminescence"! For the editing, I asked Inga not to change that cause interesting what you can see if you take the time to listen, see, feel, and observe without judging!

The freedom of BeING.

So here is us, in our own exploration as well, improvising as it comes in the moment and without having discussed anything together on what we would be doing there.

Not aiming for anything else, not wanting to perform, just to live and breath and experience with all that comes !
