Because money is issued as debt to the bank it has grave consequences. Basically it means that any money in the system NEVER belongs to you. It always remains property of the bank and they can ask for it to be returned in any moment.

Also because the money belongs to the banks, they can do with it as they see fit. If you take this thought further, it means that you actually own nothing. Why? Because it was ought with money that was never yours in the first place. 

Everything you think you own is only "Loaned" to you by the banks. The fact that you think you have worked hard to earn your things, they have never been yours. Thats how disgusting this system is. We now live in the age of surveillance capitalism.
