A bloody end After a battle against the Nova Corps, the survivors escape to Kamar-Taj, where they meet Spider-Man and Scott Lang. The Masters of the Mystic Arts explain that they enlisted the help of Bruce Banner, who became Infinity Hulk to absorb the Infinity Energy surge and anchor it to Earth.

Wanda's plot Rintrah tells the heroes that Wanda is gathering an army to defeat Infinity Hulk and seize the Infinity power for herself. Wanda's forces, including an army of zombie Asgardians, kill several heroes and Masters, including Rintrah.
Kamala's sacrifice Believing she is helping Wanda restore the world, Kamala assists her in harnessing the Infinity Stone power. The screen is enveloped in a bright light, and Kamala wakes up in a seemingly restored world.

A grim revelation Kamala initially believes she has succeeded, as she reunites with her family and her friend Riri Williams, who appears alive and well. However, the illusion begins to glitch. The real, still-human Riri appears, revealing that Kamala has been trapped within a Hex illusion created by Wanda..

The final jump scare As the truth dawns on Kamala, she sees the illusion for what it is. Wanda's true, zombified form is revealed in a final jump scare before the credits roll. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, with Kamala trapped in the fake reality while the zombie outbreak continues.
