Hell High: A John Hughes Home Invasion Movie...

At Hell High, you could say the classes are a real killer!

Filmed in the mid '80s, but not released and until 1989 and basically mismarketed as just another slasher film, Hell High is one of the more interesting films of the era. It's more a weird teen drama with home invasion and revenge film elements than an actual slasher and it often feels as indebted to the cinema of John Hughes as it does Fight for Your Life or I Spit on Your Grave, but this one is still a good time.
