VEVOR SAFETY CONCERNS??? I open up their Ultrasonic Cleaner!

The model I show here is the JPS-40A. This product was not listed on the 'VEVOR Product Safety Report' but I opened it up anyway to inspect the earthing wire. I found the product to be earthed satisfactorily with the green earthing wire connected firmly to the metal casing. As with any metal appliance, earthing wires must always be firmly tightening against the case to ensure correct grounding/earthing can take place. I'm uncertain how loose the earthing wires were in the other listed recalled products from VEVOR, however this one had no issues.
