On 16th Feb 2019, i have ordered kheer from zomato. And kheer is completely spoiled when I have received it. It's not edible at all. As you can see, i have to throw it in dustbin and it's fully filled box

Please note down that I have complained about it and asked for refund. I have also asked them for reverse pickup or if they want their executive /valet can come immediately and check quality. But they didn't agree for that and even not refunded money. They told they will contact on email after explaining the issue for almost 1 hr. But already 1 day past, they didn't contacted and also not ready to refund money. My money is totally wasted, so here I am sharing my experience , so that zomato can't cheat others and please don't waste your hard earned money on zomato. Also more than money, health is important. And , zomato is playing with health by providing unhealthy spoiled food.
